While standard degenerate base is FREE, Custom Hand-Mix bases are also available. BSI will hand-mix to any customer-defined percentage composition for $100 per mix. For each mixture, BSI can incorporate up to 100 residues on the 100-nmole and 250-nmole scales and up to 40 residues on the 1-µmole scale.
Go-Oligo Service
For only $20 extra with our Go-Oligo services, we will ship your 25 nmole, 100 nmole or 250 nmole scale oligos normalized to 100µM concentration in 1x TE buffer at pH8.0.
All synthesized oligos are subject to the strictest quality control procedures to meet our high quality standards. Bio-Synthesis also offers a complete set of analytical services to meet our clients need. We highly recommend using our analytical services for oligos longer than 35mers to provide a more complete picture for any given research.
