Ribo rSpacer Oligonucleotide Modification
rSpacer also known as an abasic site, tetrahydrofuran (THF), apurinic/apyrimidinic (AP) site. rSpacer can be used to inert to a single base space into a RNA oligonucleotide. This absic base modification often used to exame RNA damage and repair that occur naturally through depurination or other mechanisms.
