QSY 35® Quencher Oligonucleotide Modification
Bio-Synthesis offers QSY® 35 quencher modified oligonucleotide. QSY35 has a broad and intense quenching range of 410-500 nm. It has no fluorescence which making it useful as an acceptor in fluorescence resonance energy transfer (FRET) applications.
- Nonfluorescent quencher
- An efficient energy transfer acceptor from blue and green fluorophores
QSY35 Quencher can be incorporated at any position within an Oligonucleotide. A primary amine modified oligonucleotide is used to covalently attach with dye via NHS conjugation chemistry; other cross-linking chemistries are also available depending on particular project specifications. Dual HPLC purification is highly recommended.recommended.
