Nebularine Modified RNA Synthesis
Nebularine purine ribonucleoside can be incorporate at any position within can oligonucleotide. Nebularine is an Adenosine derivative that is lacking the exocyclic amino group. This molecule allows researchers to determine the relevance of the exocyclic amine of Adenosine to RNA structure and function. If functionality is lost after substitution of Nebularine for Adenosine, then hydrogen bonding involving the exocyclic amine can be inferred, while retention of functionality infers the opposite.

Nebularine Modified RNA Synthesis
-20°C To -70°C
Oligonucleotides are stable in solution at 4°C for up to 2 weeks. Properly reconstituted material stored at -20°C should be stable for at least 6 months. Dried DNA (when kept at -20°C) in a nuclease-free environment should be stable for years.
