tm-DOTA Oligonucleotide Labeling
Bio-Synthesis offer Tm-DOTA oligonucleotide labeling service. Tm-DOTA, a Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) contrast agents are a group of contrast media used to improve the visibility of internal body structures using MRI.
Tm-DOTA chelator can be attached to an oligo at any position the use of different bifunctional cross linker. Dual HPLC purification is highly recommended.
