NOTA, 1,4,7-triazacyclononane-N,N',N''-triacetic acid
Bio-Synthesis offer oligo-metal chelator NOTA, 1,4,7-triazacyclononane-N,N',N''-triacetic acid, labeling services. NOTA has a smaller ring structyure in comparison to DOTA. It has three chelating carboxylate groups and three nitrogens with six coordination sites with metal ions. NOTA labeled oligo are often used as organic ligands in magnetic resonance imaging (MRI), single photon emission computed tomography (SPECT) or in application using target-specific radiopharmaceuticals.
NOTA chelator can be attached to an oligo at any position the use of different bifunctional cross linker. Dual HPLC purification is highly recommended.
