Marina Blue Oligo Dye Labeling
Bio-synthesis no longer offer Marina Blue dye labeling. this modification is no longer available and it can be replace with Alexa 350 with fluorecense color at 346 (Abs) and Emission at 442 that is similar to Marina Blue (365/460).
Alexa 350 can be incorporated at any position within an Oligonucleotide. A primary amine modified oligonucleotide is used to covalently attach with dye via NHS conjugation chemistry; other cross-linking chemistries are also available depending on particular project specifications. Dual HPLC purification is highly recommended.
