Dyomic DY-682 Oligo Dye Labeling
Bio-Synthesis offer Dyomic DY-682 fluorescent dye oligonucleotide labeling services. DY-682 is a far red excitation dye with the fluorescence absorption and emission max of 690nm/709. This dye have spectral similar to Cy5.5, IRD700, Quasar 705 and Alexa 680.
Application:
- DNA sequencing
- AFLP analysis
- TILLING
- Microsatellite analysis
Dyomic DY682 dye can be incorporated at any position within an Oligonucleotide. A primary amine modified oligonucleotide is used to covalently attach with dye via NHS conjugation chemistry; other cross-linking chemistries are also available depending on particular project specifications. Dual HPLC purification is highly recommended.
