DyLight 350 Oligonucleotide Labeling
Bio-Synthesis offers DyLight™ 350 fluorescent dye oligonucleotide labeling services. Dylight350 is a derivative of aminomethylcoumarine acetate (AMCA) and has a high fluorescence intensity. This dye is very water soluable which allow better dye-to-oligo conjugation ratio without causing precipitation. Dylight 350 can be use to replace Alexa 350, AMCA.
DyLight™ 350 dye can be incorporated at any position within an Oligonucleotide. A primary amine modified oligonucleotide is used to covalently attach with dye via NHS conjugation chemistry; other cross-linking chemistries are also available depending on particular project specifications. Dual HPLC purification follow by additional step of ultrafiltration is used to remove failure sequences during first HPLC purification, after labeling, the second HPLC is performed to remove unlabeled oligonucleotides and excessive dye in order to obtain a full length labeled oligonucleotide.
