Bio-Synthesis offers serveral oligonucleotide modifications for copper-free click reaction.  We offer several dibenzon-cyclooctyne (DBCO) modifiers, such as 5'-DBCL-TEG, a 15 atom triethylene glycol spacer, DBCO serinol may be inserted in between two bases at the phosphate backbone or DBCO-dT for inserting DBCO group at any position within the oligonucleotide. DBCO modified oligos can be used for conjugation with other biomolecules containing an azide functional group in DMSO, or aqueous buffers at room temperature. The reaction is robust with no side reactions which form  thermally and hydrolytically stable 1,2,3-triazole linkage.
