DBCO PEG4 NHS Oligo Modification
DBCO-PEG4, Dibenzocyclooctyne-PEG4-N-hydroxysuccinimidyl ester is an amine reactive reagent which containing hydrophilic polyethylene gylcol (PEG) spacer arm can be conjugate to an oligonucleotide containing primary amine using NHS ester chemistry. DBCO-PEG4 modified oligo can be place at any position within an oligonucleotide to be used in click chemistry application.

Oligonucleotides are stable in solution at 4°C for up to 2 weeks. Properly reconstituted material stored at -20°C should be stable for at least 6 months. Dried DNA (when kept at -20°C) in a nuclease-free environment should be stable for years.
