ATTO Rho14 Fluorescent Dye Oligonucleotide Labeling
Bio-Synthesis offers ATTO Rho14 fluorescent dye oligonucleotide labeling services. ATTO Rho14 is a fluorescent label related to the class of Rhodamine dyes. This label have very hihg fluorescence efficiency and photostability. It's excitation range is 550-580nm. thisdye can be use as an alternative dye for Alexa 633 dye.
Features:
- Replacement dye for Alexa 633
- Excitation range: 605-640 nm
- High thermal and photo-stability
- Cationic dye
ATTO Rho14 dye can be incorporated at any position within an Oligonucleotide. A primary amine modified oligonucleotide is used to covalently attach with dye via NHS conjugation chemistry; other cross-linking chemistries are also available depending on particular project specifications. Dual HPLC purification is used to remove failure sequences during first HPLC purification, after labeling, the second HPLC is performed to remove unlabeled oligonucleotides and excessive dye in order to obtain a full length labeled oligonucleotide.
