ATTO 643 Fluorescent Dye Oligonucleotide Dye Labeling
ATTO 643 similar to ATTO647N, it consists of a mixture of three isomers with practically identical absorption and fluorescence properties. The fluorescence is excited most efficiently in the range 625 - 660 nm. The main features of this label are strong abosorption, high tehrmal and photo-stability and very hydrophilic hence it shows excellent water solubility and significantly reduced tendency for unspecific binding. Like other ATTO dye series, the absorption and fluorescence are independent of pH, at least in the range of pH2 to 11.
The dye is highly suitable for single-molecule detection applications and high-resolution microscopy such as SIM, STED etc. The label is also highly recommended for oligonucleotide labeling, flow cytometry (FACS), fluorescence in-situ hybridization (FISH) and many more.

Oligonucleotides are stable in solution at 4°C for up to 2 weeks. Properly reconstituted material stored at -20°C should be stable for at least 6 months. Dried DNA (when kept at -20°C) in a nuclease-free environment should be stable for years.
