Amino C12 Linker Oligonucleotide Modification
Active primary amino C12 modified oligo can be place at 5' end of an oligonucleotide. This amino group is seprated by a 12 carbon spacer to minimize steric interaction and allow the user to label the oligo with a variety of different ligands such as biotin, digoxigenin, dyes, quenchers, magnetic beads, enzyme, protein/antibodies.
