2'-O-Methylinosine, 2'-OMe-I Oligonucleotide Modification
2'-OMe-Inosine are use in triplex and antisense studies where inosine serves as a universal base as it is capable of pairing with all four natural nucleotides with different affinity (I-C >I-A>I-T~I-G>I-I).
Product Information
2'-O-Methylinosine, 2'-OMe-I Oligonucleotide Modification
Modified Bases, 2'-O-Methyl Ribonucleoside Analogs
-20°C To -70°C
Oligonucleotides are stable in solution at 4°C for up to 2 weeks. Properly reconstituted material stored at -20°C should be stable for at least 6 months. Dried DNA (when kept at -20°C) in a nuclease-free environment should be stable for years.
