2'-MOE, 2-MethoxyEthoxy, RNA Modification
2’-O-methoxyethyl-RNA (2’-MOE) favors the formation of A-form, RNA-like double helices, which results in enhanced duplex stability when paired with RNA targets. 2'-MOE base are often used for antisense oligonucleotide design (ASO), aptamers, and siRNA application. Compare to standard RNA base, 2'-MOE base increased nuclease resistance, reduced toxicity and incrase affinity for binding to complementary RNA which make 2’-MOE an attractive backbone modification for many oligonucleotide drug candidates.

-20°C To -70°C
Oligonucleotides are stable in solution at 4°C for up to 2 weeks. Properly reconstituted material stored at -20°C should be stable for at least 6 months. Dried DNA (when kept at 20°C) in a nuclease-free environment should be stable for years.
