What type of duplex siRNA purification you offer?

For standard unmodified siRNA strands we routinely achieve 80-85% purity without additional purification. However, in some situation, purification may be needed when custom siRNA has 3' or internal modification or intended to be sure in highly sensitive assays or in vivo applications.
