How do I prepare my coupling protein?
The Ideal buffer for the coupling protein is phosphate buffered saline (PBS), pH 7.4. The ligand should be free of sodium azide, bovine serum albumin (BSA), glycine, glycerol, tris(hydroxymethyl)aminomethane (Tris), or amine-containing additives.
