What Purification and QC Method for Oligo Antibody Conjugates?
Depending on the quantity of starting materials, we offer various purification services, such as cut-off molecular weight based dialysis, affinity, size exclusion and ion exchange, etc. For 100 ug starting antibody, the unconjugated oligos were removed by dialysis. The presence of unconjugated oligo will be determined by PAGE followed by oligo staining.
