Description:

This antigen-specific recognition peptides derived from nonstructual protein 2 (NS2) residues 114 to 121 of murine H2 Db and Kb-restriced immunogenic CTL epitope of influenza PR8 virus.  This peptide found to  major histocompatibility complex class I molecules is mediated by CD8+ T lymphocytes. CD8+ cytotoxic T lymphocyte (CTL) responses play a central role in protective immunity against viral and intracellular bacterial infections.
