Description:
This peptide sequence is found in residues 97 to 108 of MOG (Myelin Oligodendrocyte Glycoprotein). This HLA-DR4 (CRB1*0401)has a high in vitro binding affinity. This HLA-DR4-restricted epitope elicits increased IFN-? production by T cells and induces severe Experimental Autoimmune Encephalomyelitis (EAE) in mice immunized with this peptide.
