Description:
This peptide sequence is found in residues 1 to 26 of MOG (Myelin Oligodendrocyte Glycoprotein). This peptide elicits significantly higher anti-MOG (1-26) levels in Multiple Sclerosis patients in relapse compared to control subjects and Multiple Sclerosis patients in remission, and may serve as a potential marker of the relapse phase.
