[Asp370] Tyrosinase Peptide, YMNGTMSQV, is a tumor antigeneic peptide presetned in HLA-A2 antigen to CTLs. This membrane bounded protein involve in the melanin syntehsis pathway that is expressed by virtually all primary melanoma lesions and by most of metastatic lesions cause of skin cancer deaths1. Bio-Synthesis provides wide collection of cancer peptides expressed in melanoma cells and recognized by T cells. These include: Mart-1/Melan-A, gp100, Tyrosinase, p15, TRP-1 and beta-catenin2.<br />
