This skin cancer tumor antigenic peptide found in tyrosinase fragment presented in HLA-A2 class I molecule to CTLs. This membrane bounded protein involve in the melanin syntehsis pathway that is expressed by virtually all primary melanoma lesions and by most of metastatic lesions.
